Get up to £100,000 legal expenses cover

If it's more likely than not your case will be successful, Home Legal Expenses cover will provide up to £100,000 for legal expenses to protect you against the costs of being sued or having to make a claim against someone else.¹

We provide legal expenses cover for disputes arising from:

Death, personal injury and clinical negligence
Contracts you enter into for personal goods or services
Protecting your property (excluding boundary disputes)
Buying or selling your property
Your tax affairs
Contracts of employment

¹ Home Legal Expenses is optional for Silver and Gold home insurance, but is included as standard with Platinum home insurance and Platinum contents insurance. You can add Home Emergency Cover when you get a quote.
