What to do if you're affected

If you're stranded abroad
Check the latest advice from the Civil Aviation Authority.
If you're due to travel
If you're booked on a flybmi flight, do not go to your UK airport, as your flight will not be operating.
- In the first instance, flybmi customers should contact the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) to find out what they can claim back and what they're entitled to.
- In the event of no cover from the CAA, customers should contact their credit or debit card provider to see what cover they have under the regulation applicable to card purchases for their lost flights.
