I've forgotten my password

Here’s how to log in to your account even if you’ve forgotten your password:

  1. Go to the log in page.
  2. Enter your email and choose ‘Next’.
  3. On the ‘Enter your password’ page, pick the ‘Forgotten password?’ link.
  4. We’ll then send you an email containing a verification code.
  5. All you need to do is enter the code on the ‘Forgotten password’ page. Then log in. This code is only valid for 15 minutes.

I want to create an account

It can take a little time for a new breakdown membership or insurance policy to show on our system. So, please wait 24 hours after buying your membership or policy before creating your account.


  • Breakdown: You can create an account if you’re the main member or you're a joint member or family member. You’ll need your 16-digit membership number, which you can find on the back of your membership card or on your policy documents.

  • Breakdown (through your bank): You’ll need your bank account number and sort code, so we can confirm your details with them.

  • Insurance: You can create an account if you’re the policy holder. You’ll need your policy number, which you can find on your policy documents.

It can take a little time for a new breakdown membership or insurance policy to show on our system. So, please wait 24 hours after buying your membership or policy before trying to create your account.

If it’s already been more than 24 hours, chat to us for help. Follow the easy steps to find a solution to your problem, or you'll be able to message one of our team if you need to.

I want to change my account, policy or cover details

You can change details like your name, address, vehicle, phone number and job title online.
