If it’s already been more than 24 hours, take a look at some of the common error messages below for a solution, or chat to us for help.
If you're getting an error message and it's been over 24 hours since buying your membership or policy, it may be for one of these reasons:
Can't find details
This means some of the information you've used doesn't match the details we have for you. It could be a simple difference in the format of a date, or the spelling of the name used to set up your account.
Take a look to make sure the details you're using match what we have on your policy documents.
Already have an account
This means we already have an account associated with that email address.
You can either log in using that email address, or create a new account using a different email.
No active policy
You'll need to buy a new policy if your previous policy has ended.
If you're an existing customer and have an active policy with us, chat to us so we can look into this error for you.
No account
This message means the email address you're trying to log in with isn't linked to an existing account. You'll need to create a new account.
You can change details like your name, address, vehicle, phone number and job title online.
For any other changes to your account, policy or cover details, contact us.
