How do I change my details?

To change your details, you’ll need to fill out a short online form to let us know what’s changed.

Next, your request will go to our Customer Service team. We'll make the change for you or contact you if we need to ask more questions.

Which details can I change?

You can ask us to update your details if they've changed, for example if you've got a new phone, got married or moved house.

What happens next?

Once you’ve filled out a form, the request to change your details will go to our Customer Service team.

If we’ve been able to change your details, you won't need to do anything else. It'll be all done and dusted. But sometimes, we might need more information before we can update the details on your cover. In that case, our team will contact you to ask more questions.
