Who will carry out the work?
We use our own engineers as well as AA approved, qualified partner engineers – we’ll always let you know who’ll be carrying out the work. All of the engineers are carefully chosen to make sure they provide a great standard of service.
When will you arrive to carry out the repair?
Once we’ve agreed with you what work needs to be done, we’ll carry it out as soon as an engineer is available. We’ll let you know the appointment slot in advance.
Can I change my appointment?
Yes, if you need to re-schedule the appointment, just call us on 0800 316 3983.
How do I pay for the repair?
When you call us, we’ll let you know what the fixed price will be for your repair. We’ll take a debit or credit card payment over the phone.
It’s important that you give us as much information as possible about the job, so we can price it correctly and send out the right engineer to help you.
Does the work come with a guarantee?
Yes. The materials and labour used for the repair are guaranteed by us for one year from the date the work is completed.
What happens if you find the repair is different to the work that was agreed?
We have different fixed prices for different types of breakdown problem. If we attend your property and find the problem needs a different fix from the one agreed, we may have to charge more than the original fixed price.
We’ll let you know before we start any work so you can decide whether to go ahead, or cancel and get a full refund of the money you’ve already paid.
What if I want to cancel?
Just call us on 0800 316 3983. You’ll get a full refund if we haven’t started the job and you cancel within the 14 day cooling off period. We’ll refund you as soon as possible and within 30 days.
If you agree to the engineer visiting your property before the end of the 14 day cooling off period, you won’t be able to cancel and get a full refund once an engineer is on their way out to you.
If you choose to cancel either outside of the 14 day cooling off period or after we’ve sent an engineer out to you, we may charge a cancellation fee of £60 and deduct this from any refund given to you.
If you cancel once the engineer has started work, we won’t be able to give you a refund.
What happens if you can’t fix my problem?
We’ve got a ‘no fix, no fee’ policy. So if we’re not able to carry out the work (for example, if we can’t get the necessary parts), we’ll give you a full refund.
