"Once when taking a membership call, I asked to speak to the customer’s wife as she was the main member.
"As I heard him put the phone down, I was then met with a very high-pitched voice. I soon realised it was the same customer just pretending to be his partner.
"The call was hilarious as he kept switching personalities between him and his wife, even managing to confuse himself.
"The member may not have a future career as a female impersonator but that call certainly made a lasting impression."
