"The driver was running late and getting a bit cross. She was also confused – how could her car key no longer unlock her car?
"She was keen for me to magically open the door so that she could load up her shopping and head for home.
"But I wasn't going to rush things. Instead we went back over her arrival at the Garden Centre and retraced her steps, as it were.
"Turns out she'd parked in the same position but two rows down. The cars looked almost identical. Thank heavens I hesitated.
"The irony was, her car was unlocked all the time."
