The promoter of the free prize draw is Automobile Association Developments Limited (the AA). Company number 1878835.

How to enter and elegibility

1. To be eligible to enter the free prize draw, entrants must be a UK AA Member with an active Roadside Assistance breakdown policy. Membership doesn't include AA Cars, car insurance, home insurance and travel insurance customers.
2. Only one entrant per Member. Duplicate entries will be disregarded.
3. Members can only enter the prize draw by entering their full name, membership number, phone number, and email at: www.theaa.com/member-benefits/holiday-extras-prize-draw
4. Employees, together with their immediate family members (including spouses, biological, adoptive or step-parents, legal guardians, children, siblings, or grandparents, any legal dependents and household members) of AA PLC and its affiliates, AA Media Ltd, and our partner agencies and companies associated with this competition, are not eligible to enter or win.
5. Entrants must be over 18 years of age and resident in the UK.
6. Entries that are not in accordance with the terms and conditions will be excluded.
7. By entering the free prize draw you accept these terms and conditions.
8. The closing date for receipt of all entries is 23:59 on 7 July 2019.

The Prize

9. The free prize draw is supplied and administered by Holiday Extras (the Supplier). Registered office: Holiday Extras, Ashford Road, Newingreen, Kent CT21 4JF. Company number 01693250.
10. The prize is the opportunity to win one of 3 VIP airport packages (the Prize). This consists of 1 night hotel stay and parking at any UK airport (excluding Belfast International) for up to 8 days, plus airport lounge access (if available at your chosen airport) and security fast track (if available at your chosen airport).
11. Transport to and from the hotel is not included.
12. The Supplier will choose the hotel based on dates and availability.
13. The Supplier reserves their rights to substitute the hotel as required.
14. Breakfast may be provided by the hotel but is subject to availability.
15. Incidentals are not included and will be payable by the winner.
16. Any costs associated with luggage, meals or spending money are also excluded.
17. The winner is responsible for having adequate health and travel insurance.
18. Final date for the holiday to end is 31 July 2020, and the Prize must be redeemed before this time.
19. Only one Prize is available per winner. Each winner shall be picked at random and notified by the AA before the 6 August 2019.
20. No cash equivalent is available.
21. The AA reserves the right to amend, alter or terminate the prize draw at any time due to circumstances beyond its control.
22. If the Prize is unclaimed for a period of 30 days, it will be reallocated. The Prize cannot be claimed on your behalf.
23. The AA can't accept responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, incomplete or otherwise not received, or cannot be entered for technical or any other reason. Incomplete or illegible entries, or those not in accordance with the entry instructions and these terms and conditions are invalid.
24.  In the event that, after a winner is notified that they are a winner, the AA becomes aware that their entry was not in accordance with these terms and conditions, the AA may withdraw the prize immediately and allocate it to another entrant.
25. The Prize is subject to availability. The AA reserves the right to substitute the Prize with one of equal or greater value.
26. The Prize is not negotiable or transferrable for any other product or service.
27. The Prize is for use by the winner only.
28. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.
29. The decision of the AA is final. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.

Data protection and publicity

31. The winner's personal data (name and contact information) will be supplied to Enterprise and the AA for the administration of the free prize draw only. The winner may be asked to take part in future publicity.
32. The AA will use your personal data for the management of the prize draw, including to assess your eligibility for the prize draw and to administer the competition.
33. The AA is required to make the initial, surname, and a county of the winners available upon request.
34. Your personal data will be retained in accordance with the AA privacy notice, which explains what happens to any personal data that you give to Automobile Association Developments Limited, or any that we may collect from or about you.

General

35. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law, and any dispute arising out of these terms and conditions or their subject matter is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
36. Neither the AA nor the Supplier take any responsibility with regards to personal damage, loss of property, injury or disappointment or other unforeseen events in association with the prize draw – save that nothing shall limit our liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury as a result of that party's negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
