I like start enjoying

It's huge, powerful, can fit 7 in and puts the wind up anything driving in front. A hugely capable family car and motorway cruiser, not beautiful but it works.

Owned from new. It looks great but can be a challenge to find parking spaces big enough. The long wheelbase makes the wheels very vulnerable to curbing. Why are the electric folding door mirrors £85 optional extra ? The seating is very spacious as you would expect, and the 3rd row of seats gives potential for taking 7/8 people. The boot space isn't as big as you might expect with a high load deck, but plenty of space with the seats flat. The air suspension gives lots of options and makes it very comfortable and no worries about the lights when heavily loaded or towing. Economy is spectacular for a big heavy car. 35mpg is normal with 38-40 on a longer run, but I have actually managed 50mpg driving very carefully. Tyre wear is heavy (18,000 to 20,000 miles) considering fairly gentle use'. 21" wheels mean expensive low profile tyres - most makes £350 each with limited fitments. Watch out for electrical problems - we just had a wiring fault on the gearbox. labour cost £3,000 to fault find and rectify - fortunately still under warranty Overall - great car. Passengers are always impressed with the space , comfort and feeing of luxury.

Fantastic car expensive to run, 4.2ltr is great for showing the boy racers up as they don't expect a large car to have the bhp that the Q7 does. Thank you Audi
