I am a UK British Citizen, living abroad, with no UK address. Am I able to legally own and drive a UK registered vehicle?

A vehicle registered in the UK has to comply with UK law whether circulating inside or outside the United Kingdom, this includes registration, UK MOT, UK tax and insurance.

As you are not resident in the UK with fixed address for insurance/registration purposes etc. you would not be able to legally own and drive a UK registered vehicle.
