The inspection is carried out by the AA or an Engineer working on behalf of the AA, at the request of the Dealer.
You should always contact the dealer directly in the first instance to address your concerns.
The AA Engineer performs a visual inspection of the car and carries out a road test. Any defects or advisories noted are advised to the Dealer. It is then the responsibility of the Dealer to rectify the defects/advisories reported.
Your contract for the purchase of the Vehicle is direct with the Dealer. Although the Dealer may show You a copy of the Report produced by the AA Engineer, you must contact the Dealer in the first instance.
