Used cars in Derbyshire
With the Peak District occupying a large portion of the county and the Pennines edging into the north, Derbyshire is one of England's greenest and most expansive counties. In fact, it is so sparsely populated that a reported 75% of the Derbyshire population lives in only 25% of the area. Much of this population is centred around its main city: Derby.
Some of the most beautiful parts of the Peak District, such as Mam Tow and Kinder Scout, can be found in Derbyshire, while Chatsworth House, Bolsocer Castle and Castleton are all within the county's borders. Other than the tourism brought in by the landscape, the primary industries of Derbyshire centre on the engineering industry, and so in Derby the two biggest employers are Rolls-Royce and Toyota.
Because Derbyshire is so sparse, there are few major roads which run through it. There are however, some major roads passing through, such as the M1 and the A38, which connects Derby to Birmingham.
