My kids are nearly grown up, I don't need a 4 door saloon any more, so I decided to go for a 630i sports coupe. Bit of a jump from a Rover 75 2 litre diesel but it was now or never (I'm 54). Still adjusting to filling the tank more regularly, but it does a respectable 25-32 mpg. Bit concerned that after a month of owning it I've had to put in 2 litres of engine oil, but then again I have done about 3000 miles since I bought it, and it is a performance car.No signs of oil leaks.Expect my mileage to reduce considerably over the coming months too.Ride is quite hard but that's partly why I bought it. Still getting used to the awesome speed and acceleration after a life time of family cars but I'm getting there.I absolutely love the looks of this car, inside and out. Its black in and out. The paintwork is immaculate as is the interior. Everything works and it feels like a brand new car. It even smells like one. Outside, I especially like the front grill and the side chrome vents . Inside i love the retro dials and the dashboard layout in general and I'm big fan of idrive. Even if I'd had the money to buy a brand new one I would probably have still gone for a pre 2012 model because I like the shape and the inside more. I think its a classic and there are so few of them of on the road which makes them stand out even more.

nice car - hungry for a 3litre car - 27mpg in extra urban driving, no better than a previous 545 or 911 C4 wanted one for years though and its every bit as good as i'd hoped. Handles well, although tyre choice is limited. High spec. Smooth ride. Great looks. A perfect GT
