I am very pleased with my car the right size small but able to carry 4 passengers and good boot room. Happy with speed it reaches but husband considers it slow uphill but this is not a problem with me.

This is our second C3 and this one which is the new model and shape is continuing the excellent relationship we have had with the Citroen brand.....can only highly recommend it.

Not the most refined but gets the job done. Stood the test of time better than expected.

Due to the huge price rise in my insurance premium, bearing mind I have had no accidents, hold a clean licence and hold 20 years NCD. I was looking for a practical runner so I was really surprised to find that this ticks all the boxes. Although it is the basic model it is pretty nifty around town and very economical. I only need to fill up every payday and it lasts for work, shopping and everything in between. The boot is surprisingly large for the size of car and the seats are comfortable for all passengers with plenty of leg room, we are all 5'8" - 5'11". From standing start uphill/incline it may be a little slower getting motivated but everything else makes up for this little runabout considering its small engine size. If you want practicality & reliability then this is the car for you, a good all rounder.

I love my C3 it's stylish, comfortable and economical to run with £0 road tax!

I have had this car from brand new. It is reliable and always starts first time in any weather. Seats are very comfortable compared to some cars I have travelled in. Very reliable small car.

We bought the car because we wanted something smaller and easy to drive. However the automatic gearbox has had to be replaced twice. The turning circle is appalling. My wife finds the sightlines difficult when parking. All in all rather a disappointment.

I am happy with my car. The most annoying aspect is the difficulty of changing light bulbs in the fromt of the car. Now that it is out of warranty I have the service done at a private garage the registered dealer is far too expensive.

I BOUGHT THE CAR BECAUSE IT WAS ON SPECIAL OFFER. IT IS RELIABLE AND SOME FEATURES ARE GOOD SUCH AS THE LARGE WINDSCREEN AREA. OTHER FEATURES APPEAR TO BE COSTCUTTING SUCH AS THE POOR QUALITY VISORS WHICH ARE NOT USABLE IF THE FULL WINDSCREEN IS OPEN. there IS ALSO ONLY ONE ELECTRONIC KEY AND THIS SEEMS MISERLY. IT IS NOT AS GOOD FOR FUEL USE AS I WOULD EXPECT BUT IT IS COMFORTABLE AND HAS A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF BOOT SPACE.

Very economical: 70 mpg on a good day. Road tax only £30. Back seat and boot a bit small, and not a lot of legroom in the back. Easy to drive, and clear controls and displays. Digital speedometer very helpful. Good to have displays for miles remaining, current and average mpg, and average speed.

Nippy yet economical to run

Originally bought the car for the wife but it has proved so economical to run I use it a lot! £30 a year and up to 70mpg on a long run and cheap insurance is not to be sneezed at. Previously owned a 1.4 version which did less to the gallon and did not drive half as well. Handling not suited to boy racers-high ride height and wallows a little but copes with potholes! would NOT change it for a newer version due to dpf's and dmf's and oil sludging issues as yet unresolved on most diesel engines. The cost of these issues far outweigh any fuel saving.

the gearbox is electronic and gets stuck in reverse, then you can't start the engine or even push it out of the way, absolute rubbish, the knee room for the driver is pretty limited, my knee is always hard against the central part of the dash. I wouldn't buy another one.

Only bought this car as the seat height is exactly right for my 91yr old mum to get into easily. I normally have much sportier models. It's a bit boring but reliable, fairly powerful engine which is great. Road Tax far too high for a boring car!!!

Although its a small car it is very roomy inside because it seems higher than other makes of car tall or large people are not touching the roof. Plenty of glass makes it feel large. Although it is a small engine it's acceleration is nippy. I find it economical on petrol while I drive it although my husband is less economical when he is driving. The only negative for me is the boot it could do with being longer especially when carrying cases and baby pushchairs/prams. Overall I love my C3 as it has never let me down, it is fantastic in the snow and ice.

Nippy to drive, economical - genuine 55mpg, some way short of claimed figures but cheap on fuel, £30 a year tax, carries 4 comfortably, 5 is a real squeeze though. Legroom in rear poor, fine in front though! Well equipped small car - cruise control, climate control, auto light and wipers etc. Very happy with it, and plan to keep it for a while!

My car is regularly serviced and garaged - two important aspects for its longevity. I feel safe, in control and enjoy driving. The vision is excellent and the controls easily accessible. There are no distractions to compete with my concentration. The bodywork is in excellent condition and the interior as good as new. If petrol was cheaper I would certainly drive more but having a pensioner's bus pass short trips are avoided. I regularly drive on the motorways and the C3 performs well. In inclement weather it holds the road well. If only it was made in the UK!

I particularly like the Citroen because of the upright seats, and I love having an automatic.
