Have owned smarts from 2001,as lhd 600cc models to our current ,1000cc 2014 convertible, always feels wrong if we don't have one in the family, I always read negative comments about the auto box,it's fine try one yourself ,very safe, with plenty of room for two,and good luggage space.New prices are high but they do hold their value well,If you can afford the new model ,try one out as they are even better.

Thank you for being a brilliant sales man not pushy at all. I would have walked if you were. After the little hiccup with the battery which was sorted with no problem car is brilliant just what I wanted. Will come to see you again if I have to exchange bumble !! Happy New Year

I was lucky enough to have my Smart car left to me by my aunty. Bless her, it was the best present she ever gave me! For the first time in my life I'm buying a year's tax at a time instead of 6 months - well, at £35 for a year you would, wouldn't you?! Also, even with rising fuel prices, I can just about squeeze £40 of petrol in the tank. The fuel economoy is the best of any car I've ever had, good round town and unbeatable on motorways. We even go camping with a our tent, beds, duvet, pillows, cool box, change of clothes - all in the little boot! Although, we do have to put the roof down to fit everything in because the 'hatch' at the back is so small. You should have seen the look on the other campers faces when we turned up in our little Smartie! Finally, not being the best parker in the world, even I can manage to find a space and park decently.
