I have my ssangyong for 3 years was bought for towing caravan and does the job Well can't fault reliability and economy but please hope no one ever crashes into you because I got rear ended about a month ago now resulting in a dent in the boot and my active headrest deploying local body shop have advised my car isn't with repairing due to the cost of repairs in access of 4500 pound. So parts are hard to get and are expensive so beware but I have had no issues with the car apart from broken springs at the front due to our fantastic road system here in the UK and the cost me 200 a side

Had a Honda CRV that needed changing. Compared CRV with the Ssangyong, and except for slightly smaller boot space found it comparable - but £1000's less for same age vehicle. Have found the Ssangyong to be slightly more economical on running costs. Comfort about the same and tows the caravan well - overall very pleased with it.

for its very competitive price the car meets all my requirements with the advantage of being able to automatically or manually select 4 wheel drive. there is plenty of rear leg room. The economy for a car of its type are very reasonable

Both my wife and myself find it pleasant to drive with plenty of power to to a caravan. Travels well around the country with 4 up luggage and 140lbs of sports equipment. The facility to select 4 wheel drive is also a definite advantage.

Although I have only had this car 2 months I like it.When I was looking to purchase the car I was a bit reserved because of the lack of number of dealerships offering service and repairs. I decided to give the Korando a chance, although I have the automatic version I find it excellent when towing a caravan. The car has electric everything, but I hope they dont go faulty. I purchased the car from a dealership in Dronfield. While driving the car home I noticed the lefthand back indicator was not working. They told me it was a fault in the towing socket electrics,it took them two and a half weeks to repair this.I am sure other dealerships must be more proffesional. The engine noise is noticable but nothing to worry about, the car is good looking and I would say after the short time I have owned it I am impressed. After all Kia,and Hyundai are made in South Korea.
