The Dacia's main supermini, the Sandero is, in most basic trim levels, one of the cheapest cars on UK roads, yet impresses by being efficient, reasonably comfortable and reliable. It's not a car anyone is going to win a drag race with, but as a basic run-around it has few faults. With a similarly minute price tag is the Duster, a crossover SUV, which, like the Sandero, offers basic performance and comfort for budget cost. Quality is slightly better than the Sandero, but it is still an affordable option. Not a make to fill the heart with longing, Dacias are affordable and efficient, and suited for those who are buying a car out of necessity rather than longing.
