Applying for a refund

You will have received instructions from us explaining how to get a refund for any money left on your card.

You can claim a refund at railsr.com/return-of-funds

Your refund will come from the bank that issued your card. This will be either IDT Financial Services Limited or PayrNet Limited (Railsbank, which has recently changed its name to Railsr). You can find which bank issued your card by looking on the back of it.
