Its a big comfy beastie that goes well, has plenty of room and runs on lpg, so is easy run. Pity the access to the boot is so narrow.

Wow, what can I say awesome in every aspect, ok it likes diesel but less than its petrol brother and hey don't buy a v8 if you want mpg go buy a Prius, has more toys than Ann Summers and glides down the road with no fuss, very good at showing the saxo boys who is boss. Make sure the service history is upto date and accurate and their bullet proof. I would recommend to anyone that can handle to running cost in particular fuel.

A very expensive, very high-spec car which I would never dream of buying new as it is outrageously expensive. Wait 5 years and buy a low mileage example which has a full service history and save £40,000. As long as it all hangs together and does not break down... magic as the luxury family vehicle. Also buy a cheap to run town car. * on the 19" wheels tyres are £225 each and don't last too long... . Go for the 18", not so pretty but better all round.

Good points: Very comfortable and safe. Handling is very good, corners very well as though it running on rails. Unlike older Audi cars e.g. the Audi 80, its brakes are very positive. The engine is smooth and responsive. Heated seats are nice in the winter. Parking distance sensors front and rear are most useful. Has really long legs for motorway driving. Things that could be better: The designer positioned the electronic management system in a place where water could possibly get in and Audi excluded water ingress in their extended warranty. Electronic faults are a pain and expensive to fix. There is not a lot of room in the boot. Servicing costs by Audi are far too high and maintenance by Audi seems to be by changing expensive sub-units, its hard to find technical expertise within the main dealer that an experienced independent garage can offer. As it is an older petrol car it is getting costly fuel wise to run compared with the newer models.

Very comfortable long distance car. Good performance. Economy good on long runs but rather thirsty on short runs and around town. Has all the gadgets you could need as standard.
