A very underrated car from Fiat. My wife owned one some years ago and found it excellent for her job as a district nurse. Now we are both retired, we thought it would be ideal to have as our daily driver. Managed to find a really clean low mileage example which looks and drives like a new car. So far, we are absolutely delighted with it. There can be no car that is easier to get in and out of and we both find the seats very supportive. It still feels a very modern car with plenty of useful features without the latest electronic gizmo's that we would not use or find annoying. It seats 4 adults comfortably and is also perfect for transporting a small child safely. The car looks neat and is deceptively spacious. Performance is more than adequate for our needs. Easy to drive in all conditions with just enough Italian quirkiness to make it interesting. Hope it lasts us a long time as there is nothing really comparable now on the market.

Love my idea, it's had it's little problems along the way, but for head room, lightness and brightness of the interior, it is just the best. SO many cars are dark an dismal, but this is really lovely. Why don't more manufacturers put right interiors instead of black? Gorgeously comfortable seats. You are quite elevated in this can and it stands around 6inches taller than most, so easy to spot in a car park! SO sad they stopped manufacturing these in 2007. They need to bring them back!

The car is reliable, has plenty of space and room for passengers and shopping. The rear seats can slide forward to create more boot space - I can get 2 golden retrievers in the boot. The car has slow acceleration - takes a while to get to motorway speed but is responsive once at 70mph. Good for town and motorway driving. Fiat idea is a mini MVP and has great head space. Driver vision is compromised at some angles because of the thickness of roof supports. It's a fun car to drive, services and general maintenance are reasonably priced. Bought it second hand and so far it has been good value for money. It is a flexible and useful second car.
