I bought my Peugeot 107 as a low cost, cheap to tax and insure, economical little runabout to take my dog to the moors. I've had over 36 cars in my life ranging from VW Golfs, Scirocco's and a Corrado, Freelander 2, 4.0 Cherokee...Peugeot 205 GTi...the list goes on. The Peugeot 107 is more than just a first driver / first car. Its reliable, starts first time every time and is super cheap on parts and fuel. Road tax was only £20 for the year. Insurance was cheap too. Ideal for me and the dog. OK the boot is small but I don't sit in the boot! OK its not roomy but its easy to drive, easy to park, great around town and if you work it hard it drives great around the lanes. Good fun.

Bought it 10 years ago with 141,000 miles on clock. Amazed that it's still going strong at over 195,000. Its tiny 3 cylinder engine is made by Toyota so I guess that explains it! Fun to drive and not too bad on motorways. Love it!

I love my 107. It may be small and not the best looking car on the road, but it is reliable and doesn’t cost me a fortune to run.

Okay so this is admittedly my first car. But I drove it everyday practically for four years when I bought it second hand and it is only just dying on me. But she has done 180,000 miles. Every year when I took her in for her MOT mechanics would be amazed that she is still going. It's only now that she's on her last legs that she struggles up hills, getting a few oil leaks and exhaust problems. But other than that in the years I've had her, she has never once broken down, or cost me that much when something goes wrong. Honestly, cannot fault this car. I would buy another one to replace because I know they are so reliable, but I'm just looking for something a bit bigger. If you are looking for your first car, or just want a city car. This is it.

Lovely car for fuel consumption, saves me money driving smoothly and efficiently. Unfortunately it is not great climbing hills and requires a lot of power in lower gear. Tight boot but I manage to store essential repair kits (in case I breakdown, which fortunately has never happened) and my shopping bags. I normally put any shopping in the back seat, plenty of room for that. Lovely steering. Comfortable seats and adjustment. Cheap on car road tax too like £20 a year. Recommend installing wind deflectors in the windows to improve comfort when driving in all weathers. Easy to park in tight spaces. Would definitely recommend this car to anyone.

Was so fed up with chucking money at the wall that I purchased this little car really without thinking but oh what a complete game changer this was. I travel around 250 miles per week commuting alone, it's achieving around 57mpg with my safety boot on the floor, it gets me there and back in exactly the same time as my old 2 litre petrol hunk, I'm saving a bundle of cash, it's totally realible, I'm enjoying trying to get the most out of it every time I drive and over the 3 years I've owned it I've put the difference in petrol money saved every week in a tin and purchased a blisteringly fast 1000cc motorcycle for weekend use - wake up people and do the same, stop throwing money down the drain

Had the car for 7years and mostly used as a second car. Just great. Cheap as chips to run, the easiest car to service and will drive at 80 on motorway if needed. Only problem we had was airbag light on on two occasions due to cabling under seat. Movement of seat to get into back. My wife loves the car. If buying again I would go for 5dr.

Lovely little car, four doors are a blessing, light on fuel and running costs. A must for the retired as is most reliable. Not at all expensive so very good value for money. Had my last Peugeot for 12 years without any problems.

I find my car very reliable lacks slightly on comfort but is very economical cheap road a bonus as it stops the greedy government having as much revenue I would recommend the Peugeot 107 and the similar models produced by toyota

Economically good, but has a noisy engine at 60-70 mph.

Lack of space makes it difficult to fit a big shop in the boot, but on the plus side I can fit into small parking spaces in my local multi-storey car park. Performs very well once up to speed, holds its own well on motorways. Noisy and a bit of a bumpy ride, but in my opinion the pros outweigh the cons: ease of parking, good petrol consumption, £20 pa tax (yayyy!) reasonable repair bills and reliability. I will probably choose a 107 again for my next car.

Perfect small car for rural based elderly lady

Not enough space either in back seats or boot, for a family. Fortunately I am usually the sole occupant. My big complsint is that I have never, ever been happy at seeing out of car. Pillars & headrest restrict viewing and also windscreen angle causes reflexion.

I recently brought a car from kingfishers in Guildford and it's the best first car! It's cheap to run and it's in amazing condition! The car dealer who I brought it off was very nice! And knew very well of my car and have good advice! I also found my car through this website! :')

Bought a Peugeot 107 in March this year as wanted a change from my old Vauxhall corsa. I absolutely love it it's so nice to drive and very comfortable. My only complaint is that there isn't much space in the back but when I've had 3 passengers everyone seems quite happy. A bit of wind noise when going down the motorway but it costs me next to nothing to run with dirt cheap insurance, zero road tax and 60 mpg, how could anyone ask for more? Very pleased.
