Easy to drive/park. Fairly comfortable apart from on unmaintained roads. Economical and cheap to run. Looks the part and fairly well made.

In my view, the Peugeot 207 is a reliable and economical small family car but it lacks in excitement. It handles well although it has been known to get stuck in a few inches of snow on a country lane before. The economy is reasonable although how many cars are 'Cheap' to run nowadays? It's more of a practical car as opposed to a thrill ride but it looks tidy and has a relatively good level of comfort and features.

I have had excellent service from this car. Bought as a suppliers used model at 18 months. Very happy but I only do 6000 miles per year. I am well into retirement.

For a small car very comfortable

This car is the Verve and looks pretty, drives very well and is so economical. I have had it since new and do not feel I want to change to anything else. With a 1400cc engine I don't expect it to be zoomy but feel quite confident in overtaking manoeuvres and it has plenty of oomph for my liking. I love my car.

Neat, nippy and comfortable. Responsive and pleasant to drive with plenty of extras, though my car is the 1.4 Vti Sport.

Disappointed that Peugeot have not updated the 207SW. It has proved to be very reliable over the five and a half years of ownership. It is never garaged and has never failed to start regardless of the weather conditions. Some niggling rattles have developed, everything continues to function as on the day it was purchased. 34 mpg achieved on short runs and up to 40 mpg on long journeys. Co2 rating of an updated vehicle could see improvement, and hopefully reduce running costs. Rear access top half tailgate not very practical and therefore not used. The lever twist for the headlight side/main beam is easily rotated accidentally when when switching between main and dipped, and is a safety hazard as the headlights are involuntarily extinguished with loss of night vision.

Satisfied with its value for money and suits my needs

I bought the car new after having good experiences with the Peugeot 206. I find that it is larger and heavier than the 206, and consequently has a higher fuel consumption. However it is much brisker, more comfortable on a long run, and has more useful information displays. My only real disappointment is the vulnerability of the wing mirrors, and the high cost of replacing them when they are damaged. I've had the outer shell on each side damaged on several occasions in car parks, and yet Peugeot will only replace the whole installation, at a cost of around £500 each, if I remember correctly. Consequently I'm driving around with both wing mirrors taped up to hold the body shells in place.

This is a reliable car and I've used Peugeot now for 9 years with no complaint. With the back seat down I can load a considerable amount when needed. The fuel injection makes a big difference when needing to overtake. I would choose another similar Peugeot when looking for a replacement. I am very satisfied with it.

I love this car and will probably replace it with the same when needed. It's a small car but converts to a large flat interior when necessary and I can actually fit an adult Pashley trike in the back with ease (handlebars lifted off), and tied down on the many metal loops. Fuel efficiency is excellent so whilst a full tank costs around £70 it goes a very long way. Purchased as a used car the price was also excellent, though for me too pricey to purchase new. Acceleration is not great, but then you wouldn't purchase an estate car if you wanted to race away from a standstill. I love the fact that despite being an SW this is still a small car and looks more like a regular car. It's perfectly comfortable - not plush, but well proportioned - and is proving to be very reliable. I also love the opening back window - so useful, especially when parked too close to something and unable to open the main boot door. Finally, this car is cheap to service.

Although a small car, the 207CC is comfortable, easy to drive and very stable. Driving abroad shows that it has a blind spot, but otherwise visibility is good. It is economic when driving at speed on Motorways. Luggage space in, naturally, limited if the roof is down, but there is adequate space for two small suitcases when two people pack carefully for a two week break abroad.

Having owned a few 206 & 207's I can say they are reliable and cheap to run, especially the Diesel versions. They may not be everyones 'cup of tea' but if you want a reliable runaround they are ideal. I love my 207.
