Considering it to be my first small car, I started to fall in love with it even though sometimes I have a fear of being small. It's exactly what you could want in terms of design, consumption, size for a crowded city like London. I love my car .

Lovely, well designed car for my purpose. I’m single so do not need family room. With the roof down there is less air “feel” than my SLK or my MX5. Space behind seats extremely practical. Excellent heated seats when necessary. Economy 46.5 mpg, insurance reasonable and possible the best value for money in the market for a small parts car. Pity it’s not currently being manufactured.

I love my Vauxhall Tigra but unfortunately the car is now discontinued. The car itself is just like the Vauxhall Corsa but with the added benefit of being able to put the top down.

I waited 6 years to get this car, love the colour, and everything about it, roof goes down quicker then my husbands convertible, it's cheap to run and looks good all year round. One small thing that let's it down is the inside misting and freezing the windscreen in the winter. But still love it, shame vauxhall stopped making them as I'd by a new one.. highly recommend

Used as 2nd car normally for short runs year round and pleasure in Summer months. Hence only 12,500 miles in 8 years since new. Never garaged, but paintwork still in excellent condition. Very reliable, with only one major fault since new (hydraulic roof jack) plus a replacement battery due to low mileage. Limited boot space, so would be impracticable as only car. The 1.4 ltr engine has limited acceleration & poor torque.

A comfortable car which is fairly economical to run but performance can be a bit sluggish due to the steptronic transmission. I recently had a bill of £1100 to replace the gearbox control unit so am a bit apprehensive that it may prove to be expensive as it gets older but it's bearing up fairly well considering the fairly high mileage I do each month.

Lovely car especially when the top is down. Very smooth to convert from salon to convertible Fairly good on fuel. Only problem is the misting up on the inside especially in winter and when damp-takes an age to clear the windscreens. Good leather heated seats. Wish Vauxhall would make another small convertible.

I love my Tigra, it is comfortable economical and reliable. The roof goes down in seconds and I love the fresh air as opposed to air conditioning. The boot is a good size and with the roof up will take plenty of luggage, with the roof down it is still capable of holding luggage for a weekend away for two people.
