The best car I have ever driven bought it from new and don’t want to change it ever low cost motoring and reliable, economical and more than anything interior deceptively spacious particularly headroom but more than anything practical!

Does what it says on the tin over the last 9 years. Never broken down or let me down, 48 mpg but only drive locally ( 65k miles over 13 years)

A smooth runner with surprising amount of space inside although the boot is on the small side.

Excellent run around car for the city person-student to get from A to B, easy parking and very economical on petrol. Recommend the Volkswagon Urban Fox for newly qualified drivers.

The fox is ideal for my needs. I am normally in the car on my own and use it for shopping and social uses. It has quite a large boot for a small car and also the option to lower the back seats for more space for larger items. I have had no problems with the car since I bought it new and would recommend it to anyone who required a small hatchback.

This is the second Fox that I have owned, the first was an ex demonstrator and this one brand new. I wanted low cost and reliable motoring. I was also looking for a less sophisticated car than some - again with the emphasis on reliability - less to go wrong! The Fox has fulfilled my aim. I do a mixture of local and motorway driving most weeks and find it economical and comfortable. I sometimes take the grandchildren in the car and only then would a four door car be preferable. With the back seat down there is more than ample space for trips to the rubbish tip etc. Over the years I have also owned a couple of other, much older, VW's and have always found the local VW agent, where they have been serviced, efficient, pleasant and helpful. For anyone looking for a small car, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Fox.

I am absolutely over the moon with my Urban Fox and have had no cause for complaint since I bought it in May 2008. It looks good and IS good. I don't intend to trade it in as VW don't manufacture the Fox anymore.
