Bought car 15 months ago, get 45mpg, very practical car and with only a 75BHP engine, it pulls and performs very well. I had been very happy with it until the airbag light came on for no reason on a return journey. Was told it could be ECU or Com unit - both expensive - up to £800 and on a four year old vehicle that I got to replace my old reliable 2.0HDI Peugeot Partner that I had for over 9 years with no major issues! To be fair, the engine has not given any trouble thus far save for the oil change warning light not long after I got it. That was down to the previous garage not resetting it after a service as it has to be connected to a computer to do it! I would buy another one if I could be certain that my airbag fault was just a case of bad luck, but it appears that Fiats are prone to electrical faults. I still have the car as I cant afford to change it but it it throws up any more expensive repairs then I wont be getting it repaired and will just trade it in as is. only 2 stars for running costs and reliability due to expensive fault. engine wise I would have given 5 stars I thought it was a rebadged Peugeot Bipper but have been told it is Fiat electrics NOT Peugeot. shame as high spec practical car otherwise

Cheap and cheerful but versatile. Petrol version underpowered, diesels better but noisier. Surprisingly good ride and handling, Interior hard wearing and seems well made.

CHEAP TAX, CHEAP INSURANCE DECENT FUEL ECONOMY, DOESN'T LOOK VERY PRETTY BUT YOU CANT SEE IT WHEN YOUR DRIVING!

Very practical small hatchback with a large load area for a competitive price. Seems to be well made, interior trim is basic but durable. Rides well for such a short vehicle and steering is quite sharp. Most disappointing aspect is the engine (petrol). Although quiet, it's characterless. Not much torque or performance and isn't as economical as expected. Diesel option much better, although noisier and more expensive.
