Bought pre registered old stock with only 70 miles on the clock.. Seems good build quality , with a high seating position which makes it v easy to get in and out of . Automatic works well , although probably not as economic as some cars we have owned recently, but as we are in our seventies we don't do many miles now. Sitting in the most recent cars the Venga seems slightly old fashioned perhaps,a bit like the kind of car you would have bought a few years back. On the other hand one feels that the tried and tested technology has a very reliable and reassuring feel about it.

The most uneconomical car I have ever owned in my forty three years of driving. I average 25mpg around town and 29-30mpg on a good run if I’m lucky. That’s the only downside really but I think it’s the most important in today’s economy. Lots of space and nice to drive. Great roomy boot. Auto gearbox is a bit outdated and my wife’s Skoda Fabia 1.2 Auto blows this Kia away in acceleration and fuel.

Great little car, easy access with the high seats, seems well made with lots of extras you would expect in a more expensive car. The 1600 petrol engine is very responsive and I get around 40 mpg local driving. The 6 speed gearbox is very smooth. The steering is very light and a pleasure to park. Loads of boot space. I have had other cars  Mazda, Honda, Ford etc this little gem is very underrated in my opinion, ok it’s a bit dull looking, the ISG is a bit hit and miss but value for money a great reliable family car. .

Bought a second hand Vanga 3 with auto gearbox, quite spacious, sitting position quite high which is great. Clear view roof, with sunroof which opens quiet a way. Reverse camera is nifty and my favourite a heated steering wheel! The suspension is not brilliant which can affect the steering if going over an uneven part of road. I am having a slight issue of smelling petrol which when inspected the three different mechanics could not find the fault. I am wondering if any other Venga owner has had this problem?

Only down 1 mark on space practicality, for which i feel mean, due to my only dislike. The vision is somewhat blocked when cornering to the right due to the pillar between the dashboard and roof. It is wide (probably making it safer) but this requires the driver to reposition in order to view oncoming traffic on sharp right hand corners. However space excellence with the 3 level boot which includes spare tyre. Rear seats fold to increase/decrease boot space. Lovd this reliable car with its 7 yr warranty.

At approx. 14-1600rpm an unusual "plasticy" rattle sometimes occurs in the vicinity of the dashboard. This noise does not occur every time the engine is at this speed which relates to about 30mph in 4th, 40 in 5th. etc. and is not dependant on weather . Â Â Â Â Â As it is not constant the light rattle is very hard to detect and my dealer has had several attempts to detect this problem without success, any one had similar.

I just bought a 2018 Kia Venga  about 2 months ago and have been having trouble connecting my wife’s iPhone to it  The car went in for service today and I asked them to connect the phone only to be told iPhones can not be connect to the Kia Venga.  I was told that an iPhone 4 would work but it went out of production years ago. How can a company as big as Kia not have the capacity to connect iPhones to one model while they work on other models from the same manufacturer

My father bought the car from new and I took it from my mother after his passing. He was very happy with it, especially the Kia dealers who were always happy to check it over and change parts if required during its 7 year waranty. Since i have had it, I have had to take the headrest off the drivers seat, very uncomfortable... The ISG has never worked, no matter what i do and the anti-skid light sometimes comes on at start-up and will not go out until the next restart. That said, it is comfy with very good MPG (I average around 55MPG) and the visibility all-round is excellent except for the rather thick windscreen uprights (for want of a better word!). Acceleration for a 1.4 diesel is very good, if a little 'lumpy' below 2000RPM. The all-glass roof is fantastic and handling is quite good too. For the money, it is an excellent car and I would recommend it without hesitation.

The car is underated for what reason I don't know. Its a smooth drive it corners well it's comfortable to drive and there is plenty of space back and front and economic to run it handles the road well all round and performance is very good

The venga is very underrated ? its a good family car ,plenty of interior space and a large volume boot. The venga has a many extras that are safety features and the overall build quality is very good. The suspension copes well with all types roads but its a family car not a road racer .The automatic gearbox is of the early design type that is popular world wide but does affect the fuel economy. The gear changes are very smooth when changing up or down and far superior to the Dct gearboxes, but the vehicles gearbox will and does affect economy ? I get around thirty to the gallon around town and thirty five on a motorway at seventy miles per hour. This car car is quieter than many others and you can hardly hear the engine.

The Venga3 1400cc is grossly under powered, the sunroof is very noisy, the bumpers and door furniture are a different colour to the rest of the car and the facia rattles. However it is comfortable with a lot of space. It does not have a good resale price

Happy with all aspects except stop -start feature not working after five weeks dispute returns to dealers

After two years ownership I still find my car meets my needs satisfactorily. My only gripe is that the intelligent stop go feature has never worked . I was told that this is because I do not do enough mileage. I think that if you pay for something ( it must be included in the purchase price) it should be able to be adjusted to suit the owners driving distances. This is apparently not possible. A small niggle but very annoying.:

A reliable car with a good engine and many accessories. Unfortunately the price excluded the spare wheel but a puncture repair kit was supplied. I would recommend this model for the price and size.

Very firm suspension, poor on cornering (exessive body roll), auto gear box is too slow to respond to the engine's requirement for the next gear which results in excessive revs and engine noise. Consequently, MPG figures may suffer. I opened the panoramic roof and for the first time traveling at 50 mph, after a few seconds the strip of rubber plastic from the roof come off and flew up. Car registered in the year 2012 and some nuts and bolts rusted in engine compartment. The car does not come with a spare wheel and jack. Despite the above, I love the driver seating position, very high, very comfortable and firm. The car is very spacious and has an extremely stylish interior look. If you value ease of accessiblity over performance then this car is definitely worth a look.

Bought as new worst mpg of all the 12 cars I have owned. Poor suspension. Out of date autobox. pillars on windscreen too thick. Sorry I bought it.

I have owned a Venga2 for 6 months (4500 miles so far ) and am pleased with the general comfort, handling and performance. My passengers have complained about the hardness of the seats. I persona;;y like a firm driving seat. The only down side to the car is the manufacturers claimed MPG is too high I have never got better than 35 mpg. and the Ecodynamics engine feature does not work with only low mileage and cold weather. The economy advantages of this feature were a big selling point at the time of purchase In spite of this I get better mpg than my previous car which had the same engine size. The luggage carrying capacity is fantastic for a car of this size
