I have had my Mokka for just over 3 years. It is is the Exclusive trim and ony 2wd but I don't go off-road. I enjoy the higher driving position and the petrol engine is fine for driving around the town

Bought my diesel Mokka with 100k on the clock. Amazing little car, goes like the proverbial off a shovel but still returns 52+ mpg. I'd purchase another one without a second thought

I have owned the Mokka 1.6i SE for almost 2yrs.the only niggle i have is having to have a brand new clutch fitted just over 6mths ago and it is already starting to auto adjust from reversing up inclines due to what i believe to be the annoying hillstart assist. The 1.6i engine sometimes feels like it lacks power in 4 or 5 but accelerating through the gears seems good just seems to take its time getting there.space is good for front passengers but is lacking space in the rear for bigger passengers!!!! Plenty of gadgets which really sold the car to me.heated steering wheel, heated seats, climate control, parking sensors and start/stop which you can disable but comes on again automatically.i am not a fan of the start/stop so i don't use it.the boot is smaller than i would like but i am used to a 7 seater Zafira with a big boot.the Mokka overall is a really comfortable car with surprising performance for a 1.6 petrol but depending on how you drive can be heavy on petrol. Overall i am happy with my Mokka.

We purchased our 2 year old (68 plate) Mokka eco tec nav through a Vauxhall dealer in December '20. Took the car for a quick test drive and instantly fell in love with it. It has lots of features on this one including a heated steering wheel / Sat nav/ anti skid feature/ Apple play / Android and many more features. I gave the boot space a 4 out of 5 stars, mainly because without putting the back seats down (which is easy to do, I know), the boot space isn't as big as I expected. I'm basing this on previously owning a convertible Peugeot which had a good boot size considering it was a very small car, a 206 cc. To get my mums wheelchair into the Mokka, I had to put 2 of the 3 back seats down. To give more of an idea I can get 3 large shopping bags side by side horizontally and 2 in front of them. Hopefully this will give you an idea 9m how many shopping bags you can get in. If you are looking at putting a pram in the boot, I'm unsure it would fit in very well. From previous experience having children, now grown up, I would say you would probably struggle to get a pram in without putting the back seats down. In general, the car drives well, its economically friendly, and was good in the ice last week, using the anti skid feature. In general we are very happy with our purchase, and would definitely recommend this model.

We have had on going problems with the tailgate not releasing, it’s been in whilst it was under warrenty where I was told it was the tail gate release harnes needed a clean up.  It lasted for a couple of months but back to not releasing again now, unfortunately it does work some of the time like the two occasions I took into Vauxhall’s they said could not find a problem.

I've always had Vauxhalls and thought I would try the Mokka SE 1600 Petrol. Pros are a relatively comfortable drive, sporty looks, pretty economical and a good old fashioned spare wheel and jack. Negatives are very poor acceleration, pointless gear change notification which tells me to change into 5 gear at around 38mph and it only has 5 gears, ridiculously small boot which when you open and close the lid on you get wet if it has been raining, poor build quality in places such as sharp edges under the steering wheel and a high tax bracket at £250 per year. I have not had it long enough to comment on reliability but personally I would not buy another Mokka. If you are considering one it might be worth trying the larger size engines as this is basically a jacked up Corsa.

Ok car but the paint peels off the wing mirrors. Looks really shabby. Tried to ask vauxhall about the situation and they are not interested

I have this car for a few months now and when I drove away from the dealer I loved it but the very next evening it choked out on me in the middle of the street when I downshifted..It has done that a numerous occasions entering a roundabout and just after pulling storm a stop with a bus coming hard behind me.. I loved the car but since the dealer says that they can find nothing wrong despite the fact that it choked on their mechanic and service manager and it is just the type of it..Has anyone else experienced this? It does it even when the automatic stop/start is off.

I'm on to my second Mokka. The drive is comfortable with a good all round visibility. The built quality is good and when you close the doors there is a solid clunk not a tinny sound. This makes me feel that I'm in a car that feels safe

I have only had the car for just over 2 months, but find it extremely comfortable and enjoy driving it. For a fairly small car it is very roomy.

Very disappointed in the rough ride and cabin noise, I was expecting better. Feels like a bin lorry on a bumpy road. Disappointing excelleration. Inside cabin comfort is very good and fairly room. I like the high seating position and probably wouldn't go back to a standard saloon/hatchback, but might have to do this if all of these crossovers have the same ride. Looks and shape of the car are excellent and I'm becoming more used to the ride but it's still a bit ropey compared to my previous Astra and certainly very different to the new Astra.

Having previously owned a Ford Mondeo, although the Mokka was cheaper to buy, I don't think it has the same build quality as the Mondeo. There are also one or two irritating issues with it. It has start/stop capabilities which occasionally engages unexpectantly! I've had this happen on roundabouts a few times and it can be quite disconserting at the time. I also have a problem when driving that my left knee rubs against the panel under the dash and becomes irratating. The boot is very small for the size of the car, something I didn't realise till after I purchased the car. It doesn't have the feeling of quality I would expect, an example is when closing the boot lid, it sounds very "tinny".

I have two things that annoy me - the lack of space in the boot and the fact that if there has been any moisture in the air I get wet when I close the boot. other than those things I am very satisfied with the car.
