Reliable, spacious for carrying things, like a little van. Extremely reliable. Problems with chugging in low gears when crawling in slow traffic, takes a while to pick up speed. apart from that very good.

My Honda Jazz was gifted to me by an older relative and as its now a ten year old motor it looks a bit dated its also a bit sluggish performance wise in Drive (its an automatic) but to keep up with the flow of traffic you can drop it in to sports mode to make better progress. Owned the car for 26 month's and had no problems with reliability whatsoever. Its fairly economical in the summer months but my short winter journeys see's 40 mpg drop to 35, but 50 mpg is achievable on longer runs using a light right foot on the accelerator. Its got electric everything and smart Honda alloys finish it off nicely it just lacks a turbo for a more spirited drive and the suspension could cope with a bit more oomph from under the bonnet. Being an automatic you use the brakes more to slow down but they are still pretty good even though i've not replaced any pads as yet. Its not sporty but its sure to start and get you to your destination. I would buy a newer shape one when I get to change but would prefer a manual box next time.

VERY PLEASED WITH MY CAR.

An excellent motor car and manufactured to a very high standard. The Jazz hybrid regularly gives me 70 miles to the gallon and recently (over a 9600 mile distance on the economy meter) returned 73.4 miles to the gallon (which included a trip around the Scottish Highlands.

Excellent little car - and especially enjoying the automatic; it's reputation for reliability is true in my experience

I don't ask, or expect, the Earth from the Jazz. I try to drive carefully, sensibly and considerately. The Jazz has been totally reliable in all respects in all my years of ownership from new. My only criticism would be with the spacesaver tyre provision; Having once had need to call out the AA to replace a punctured tyre( regrettably I have terminal cancer and so am unable to do the job for myself) and finding myself a long way from home, in the evening, beyond the closing time of garages etc. my journey home, on the spacesaver, was worrying and unpleasant. Given the option, which I'm fairly sure would not be the case when I decide to change the car (truthfully, being optimistic about my condition!), I would unhesitatingly purchase a proper full-size spare tyre.

I have owned my Jazz from new and have always been pleased with all aspects of the car. Very polite Main Dealers send me a reminder or phone me when the car is due for it's annual service and MOT. My husband considers that as it is the Sport Model that the ride is rather hard and would not consider going on a long journey in it.

Overall I'm very pleased with it. It is larger than many other superminis that I was considering. Mileage is much better on long journeys but not so good just running around town, which is what I tend to do. The ability to fold the seats up at the back in order to carry large items has been really useful. I am very likely to buy the same make and model next time.

I have only had this car since May so far it has proved to be a practical work horse, you can get loads in it just as normal car and five adults with loads of space for them with the flat floor or by just putting the back seats up for carrying large parcels and even more if you put the back seats down. Took a bit of time getting used to the Hybrid side of it but it makes you want to drive more efficiently. I miss having a wider tyre but saying that the road holding is good but because of the shape do feel the wind more than before. I am saving money on fuel and road tax which is what I wanted to reduce overheads so all in all I am pretty satisfied with my Jazz

Comfortable and easy to drive. I like the way back seats fold UP which makes it much easier to stow my wife's wheelchair behind the front seats instead of lifting it up over the boot sill. Fuel consumption is closer to quoted lab figures than any other car that we have owned.

Bought this car when my son insisted i trade in my old fiesta as it was getting old and a little difficult to get out of! Seating position is great as long as it is adjusted accordingly and the seat is high therefore you step out and down rather than push up and out. Lots of space for passengers, great 'boot' covered inside by a tonneau and rear seats go down to turn it into a little van if you need to move bulky objects. Performance is of its calibre (1300) no wheelies from traffic lights! Running costs are good compared to my old car. I love it!

The Jazz is a small car but capable of carrying a large load.Mine has carried 5 people and 2 wheelchairs, or 5 plus 1 wheelchair plus a smallish electric scooter, with ease. I like the lift-up seats, especially useful when carrying tall plants from the garden centre. The seats are quite firm with good lumbar support. The seating is also quite high (in relation to saloon cars like the Civic) and the doors open wide, making it easy access for anyone with mobility issues. This small car feels big inside and manoevres well for parking.

this car is much improved on the 2009 model both in ride and handling. It is very economical to run both tax and insurance wise and has 3 years free servicing and assistance cover. It is reliable but should have come with a spare wheel.this is my second Honda and you cannot fault their customer service.

Excellent small car.

This car is easy to drive &dis fairly economical. The rear seat design is excellent as it allows the whole of the area behind the front seats to be used as per an estate. This is the third Jazz I have owned & the reliability has been good. The only problem I have had in the past was a slipping clutch, but Honda replaced it even though it was out of warranty

The Jazz is classed as a small urban run-around but it has the interior space of a small van! I regularly take up to 11 black bin bags stuffed full of garden waste to my local tip in one journey without even having to put one on the passenger seat, and I can still see out safely all round. The way the back seats collapse to make the huge interior space is simple and ingenious, and no effort for me - although at 72 I do not have the strength I used to have. The driving position is the most comfortable I have ever experienced. And sorry to be girly, but it used to come in the most amazingly pretty colours, although this year I think Honda assume we are all using them as hearses - what a dark and dreary selection of colours. (Mine is pink!). Love it!!!!!
