Great car. Second one I have owned since I retired. Perfect for my day to day needs and for transporting grandchildren. A bit uncomfortable for long journeys and motoring holidays.

First Honda car I have owned. I do little mileage 24K in three years. Only problem in that time the aircon failed due to faulty pipe. Repaired under waranty. Not keen on dealership service department, car PDI poor, tyres all different pressures, washer bottle not filled. Would recomend owning the car, will be getting another next year.

The only thing I find against the Jazz is that the steering feels a little light in wind and icy conditions

I bought my Honda Jazz ten years ago in Ocotober 2003. I have now driven over 45,000 miles in it and have been very satisfied overall with its performance, reliability and economy. It has been recalled three times by Honda for upgrades which have been supplied and fitted free. Ten years down the line it has proved to be very reliable. It still has its original battery and exhaust system but the original tyres were replaced within 15,000 miles. It lives oustide my house parked on a driveway which is located 400 ft above sea level at the Eastern end of the Mendip Hills in Somerset. It is a very reliable starter even in cold and wet weather. The driver's seat is now beginning to loose its comfort and I find that fatigue sets in after journeys of over 200 miles because the ride is firm and the level of sound insulation is quite basic. My only criticsm of the car over all this time is that the rear view mirrors don't provide a wide enough angle of vision while reversing and the clock looses abot 2 minutes each month. I will prbably buy another Jazz next year but this time i will probably pay a bit extra to get the higher spec model.

My previous car was also a Honda Jazz and both have given me years of reliability with great performance and low running costs. Its a really comfortable car and visibility is excellant. I would definiately think twice before driving any other car.

The Jazz 1.2 is very frugal, over 25000 miles I have averaged 57 mpg miles on the car computer. The car is very practical but does lack oomph unless you fully use the V Tec engine. However it was bought for it's economy and has therefore not disappointed. Service costs have been reasonable and the service frequency have been sensible. I would however not buy a black one again as although they look smart when clean and polished the do look scruffy when they are not! They also show up paint chips more than other colours.

Can provide very good mpg if driven carefully. Interior very comfortable and spacious, yet sill easy to park. CVT gearbox marvellous. Very smooth.

Expensive to buy get one with service deal.I had one from new and only battery/washer pumps after 9 years apart from services were the only cost. For space use the seat layout is brilliant I got 2 40in. TV,s in the back and shopping in the boot.I have got doors in with seat down. Good legroom in the rear .The ride could be improved even on new model but this could be a personal choice.

this car does what it says on the tin. It hasn't much flair or excitement about it but it does almost everything we ask of it.

I am very impressed with the car, it very reliable and comfortable, my only comment would be that the all round vision for the driver is not the best.

MAINLY CHOSEN FOR ITS BOOT SIZE AND ACCESS AS IT HAS TO CARRY MY HUSBANDS PAINTINGS AND FEW CARS IN OUR PRICE RANGE FIT THE BILL. HONDA ARE ALSO VERY RELIABLE AND WE HAVE HAD A JAZZ PREVIOUSLY THAT IS STILL WORKING WELL SINCE WE GAVE IT TO OUT DAUGHTER. THE FUEL CONSUMPTION IS AROUND 52MPG OVERALL BUT I WISH THE CO2 LEVEL WAS A LITTLE LESS AS I WOULD LIKE THE GREENEST CAR THAT I CAN AFFORD. OVERALL IT ALSO LOOKS GOOD AND THE COLOUR I HAVE AT THE MOMENT AROUSES LOTS OF COMPLIMENTS WITH IT BEING A PLEASANT SHADE OF PINK. SLIGHTLY DEARER THAN SOME MAKES BUT WORTH IT FOR THE RELIABILITY.

very economical, fairly responsive, seats could be a bit softer, the ride is a bit bouncy on rough roads but is fine on a decent road surface. The boot space is amazing for a small car. Personally I don't like the aluminium wheels, they suffer from the peeling surface and I have had quite a problem with tyres loosing pressure, and had to have all the tyres reset. On the whole though, a very good little car and I would certainly buy another.

The Honda Jazz is a great all rounder, comfortable, economical, plenty of space and you can rely on that little 'extra' under the gas pedal if and when needed.

Honda Jazz is an excellent, spacious car which has all the features of a much more expensive car especially the VTEC version which is the most luxurious car that I have ever owned (including C-Class Mercedes). The automatic gearbox is exceptionally smooth and it is a pleasure to drive.

Very good for my needs. Easy access, seats are very good for my back.

I bought my Honda Jazz 1.2 litre, 7+ years ago after a lot of research. It has been all I hope for considering the price. Spacious especially for large items with the back seats down, reasonably running costs and very little need yet for repairs after 67000 miles. The seats are not very comfortable, given I am retirement age, but orthopedic type cushions have solved that problem.I will of course do more research for a new car, planned for 2 years time when I think repair costs will start to climb, and Honda Jazz will be a contender in the list.

I have driven a car for more than 50 years, both privately owned and Company cars. I have no hesitation in saying that The Honda Jazz is the best car I have ever had.

I have had this car for nearly 10 years (since new) and have never regretted buying it. Among other benefits, it is easy to drive, you can park it on a sixpence, it has bags of oomph, does plenty of miles to the gallon and is very roomy inside. The bodywork is in excellent condition considering the car's age. The only reason that I would be changing it would be to buy a new car of the same make and model. The star ratings which I have awarded say it all.

We have two cars of similar age 7 or so years and equally low milegage around 30K. The Peugeot 307 is slightly more comfortable for long journeys, but I am totally sold on the Jazz. When asked, my garage manager said that if we were to keep only one it should be the Jazz. 'They hardly ever go wrong.'
