I like the bigger car as it gives more protection if you are involved in an accident

Great car, sporty but feels soled/safe. Not expensive to tax or insure, running costs reasonable. Car has been very reliable in the 4 years Ihave owned it.

Have had a number of SAAB's over the years and this is the one I have enjoyed the most

I have owned this car for nearly 7 years and have fitted an alternator, crankshaft position sensor and 2 rear brake calipers. Not a lot of repairs on a 13 year old car with 220,794 miles on the clock. It is comfortable, powerful (at 210 BHP) and extremely well equipped, with everything working. If, when the time comes, I can find another Saab which is not too far into the GM period and with fewer miles, I will definitely buy again. With the passing of Saab so ended one of the best all round car manufacturers in the world.

Great cat that never lets me down. Good road holding in all weather conditions. Service agents are very good and can get parts very easily and quickly despite the fact that SAAB has long gone.

I find this an ideal car for travel. Long journeys are comfortable and the car is reliable. Fold down back seats make it ideal for transporting bigger items. Nice to drive.

What replacement would I choose now that Saab no longer make cars? This is now very pertinent as at the moment I need a wheelchair to get to and from the Saab, or my wife's Honda Jazz.

If you're looking for a good value convertible that genuinely takes 4 adults comfortably, then you can't beat the SAAB 9-3. It's spacious and luxurious; the roof works easily and quickly, and when the roof is up it feels as cosy and roomy as a 'normal' car. When the roof is down, it is a film star car, and even in the winter with the windows up and the heaters on, you can enjoy a crisp blue sky. Luxury - I love my car. Bring back SAAB!

Great Car to drive of a high quality, apart from annoying electronic/engine management issues!

I have owned this car for nine years, it has never broken down or had a puncture in about 80,000 miles. Two new tyres fitted for usual wear. Averages 48 M.P.G. around town and just over 60 M.P.G. motorway consumption. Still smart and shiny. What more can I say. It will last longer than me.

I think this car is the best car I have owned brilliant performance and great to drive I particularly like the fact that I can switch off the internal dashboard lights except for the speedo light at night

As a Saab fan, having owned a 9000CD and a 9-3 2.0 hot aero , i thought go all the way and get a 2.8 V6 aero on a 2005 plate. first impressions , i 'm not a lover of the shape since the merger with Vauxhall, but thought i'll have a look and see whats it like . After a couple of phone calls and a 450 mile round trip, struck a great deal and drove her home, steady 60-70 mile home on the motorway getting late 30's to 40 mpg which was nice .comfort was evident in the drive, put the pedal down and the power was there. everything working as it shold which was nice . First time for me to own a Automatic , so it was pretty straight forward and the paddle shift system was a added bonus , all working nice and smoothly . Overall all good, but early days yet .

I have always been drawn towards Saab simply because they tick all the boxes for me. reliability, good looks, performance and now economy along with comfort and high spec compared to its German pricier rivals

WHEN I FOUND THIS CAR ON A WEB SITE I WAS AMAZED TO FIND OUT THAT IT WAS NEARBY TO ME AND WHEN I WENT TO LOOK AT IT THINGS GOT EVEN BETTER . THE CAR WAS SO CLEAN AND FANTASTIC LOOKING WITH VERY LOW MILAGE FOR ITS YEAR I COULD DO NOTHING EXCEPT PURCHACE THIS VECHICLE . SINCE OWNING IT FOR ONLY A COUPLE OF WEEKS IT HAS PROVED TO BE A VERY COMFATABLE RIDE AND A HEAD TURNER AS WELL . I AM VERY PLEASED

My 9-3 is a 1.9TiD 150hp Turbo Edition, I love it! It's comfortable, fast, economical at 53mpg and it looks great in a nice metallic black paint. It's my first Saab, and in the 10,000 miles I've done so far, the only problem I've had is the front anti roll bar linkages have worn out, cheap and easy to fix though. If Saab were still building cars for the UK I would buy a new one without hesitating. I've owned two BMW 5 series but my Saab wipes the floor with them in every way!!
