Great little car when it's not in the garage. Don't get these cars in diesel form if you make short journeys because the egr glogs up the dpf glogs up and once this happens the garage bills rack up. Ive had two ibizas the first one an 05 model drove well with a 1.9 turbo engine which on 130 thousand miles popped it's turbo pipes off then the I got the 2010 3 door coupe fr great car but lots of garage bills. Next car will be petrol.

It was the first car I have taken for a test drive that I felt comfortable with and it matched all the criteria I wanted

I have driven an Ibiza for the last 6 years and I can honestly say that they are smart, reliable and cost effective cars to own. The diesel versions have more gumption but unfortunately they are a bit temperamental if you don't go long distances. Cleaning them is a doddle, especially with the coating on they come up like a new car every time but the paintwork chips really easily which is bad news in these days of tight car parks! The windscreen does take a while to clear on cold or rainy days but the heating/air con is great!I love driving them though, really fun on any outing, probably the best car i've driven in this price range. My only major complaint and one which has been consistent throughout is that the price of servicing and repairs is extortionate! I have a service plan now which helps but only slightly. I have just been affected by our local dealer closing down, along with several other dealerships for other makes of car so now i will, sadly, think twice about buying another as I don't fancy travelling too far for my servicing/repairs and sales. I also think SEAT could reward loyalty a little more.

Just purchased this model and very happy with, even if it is just above entry level. The 1.0 engine feels more responsive and nippy compared to the 1.4 I had previously. Comfort and drive, handling nice. Road noise not as bad as previous Ibiza. Standard of equipment good for the price and adequate for the local driving I do. The drive information display could be better and simpler displayed and rather 'basic' warning bleep could be improved.

This car is very reliable. It is economical on fuel and cheap to maintain, and drives well for it's size.

I bought this car as I was having problems with my previous vehicle. I have been very satisfied all round.

The Seat Ibiza is a great car, it is very comfortable and spacious for a small car and the boot is a great size. The only problem for me is that the radio doesn't have longwave frequency and I cant listen to the cricket on 198 LW.

Excellent handling. Lots of torque. A pleasure to drive on the motorway. Great boot space. Would definitely buy another.

Great little car, bought it for my Daughter (1st Car) from Stoneacre Doncaster, great Service from their Sales Staff, they even painted the Alloys in a different colour for me for a small fee. The Drive is good, nice and firm, the 1.4 Engine is quite responsive once up around 3500rpm. The Seats are firm and hold you in well but you wouldn't want to be over 14-15 stone as they are snug, or over 6ft as the vis through the rear view mirror is limited even with the seat set to its lowest position and tilted back at a reasonable angle (will be asking the Dealer if its possible to reposition the Mirror slightly lower on the windscreen to improve things). Vis through the Wing Mirrors and through the side, rear windows is fine. The Controls are all easy to find and fall easily to hand, basic Radio and phone controls are stalk mounted which is good. The Sat Nav is good but maybe a little complicated, the Blue tooth connectivity is a real bonus, x2 phones can be connected & music can be played from your phone. All in all a great looking 1st/ Learner car would be ideal as a runaround/ town car

Very happy with the car & would recommend to anyone, would make a great first car for a new driver. Not as comfortable as it could be but I've never found this a problem even on long journeys. Have used the car in France & took friends, plenty of room for all 3 of us plus luggage

Not ideal for larger families and not tops for comfort. But for my wife and I it has proved a great buy. After more than 6 years it has proved totally reliable and not heavy on the pocket.

A good small car, good fuel economy, good performance.couple of issues with sensors but sorted by seat under the warranty

I drive for economy rather than performance. The Ibiza Ecomotive is frugal to the extreme. What's not to like.

Although this 1400cc does not feel any more powerful than my previous 1200cc I'm still happy with it's performance. The running costs are low. Whilst very comfortable to drive, I once had 3 adults in the back and there was not enough headroom at the side so the person had a cricked neck. A very reliable car with no problems after 2 years. Since this would be classed as a supermini car the space & practicality is good, but the boot is not large enough to hold a suitcase.

This is the third Ibiza in a row so that speaks for itself. Reliable, quiet roomy enough service charge not too expensive and tyre and break wear low. Has ABS A/C power steering and Airbags.

Excellent town car. Enough space for 5 persons and boot large enough for bulk shopping or lower rear seats to increase space. Modern styling, most controls easily reached and clearly marked. Comfortable although a little tight with 5 large adults. Good acceleration when needed, cruise control for longer / motorway journeys. Overall everything you need in a semi compact car.

This is my third SEAT Ibiza and I find them a great smaller car - the performance is good, running costs (petrol economy) not necessarily the most efficient but the space and comfort especially the shape of the seats are great for long journeys which I often have to do for work.

I find the car which my wife and I drive good, generally reliable, comfortable and safe. However, as the time goes by it is a concern that more repairs required from time to time are costly.
