Reasonable car, good build but some poor designs. Light switch difficult to access. Severe reflection on windscreen. Control panel not best layout during fast driving - no time to look at controls. Had Ford Fiesta 1.0l as courtesy car. Twice as nippy, far better acceleration then my 1.4l Corsa. Radio/CD no good as road noise far too loud. Ride too harsh and noisey on poor roads compared with other cars. Next car will not be a Corsa

good runner, always reliable. only problem is indicators don't stay on if you have moved steering wheel very slightly and then other drivers think you haven't bothered!

reliable small car

Has been reliable, economical - very good mpg, and low road tax. Didn't like dash reflection in windscreen at first, but don't notice it now.

A fairly new car, this was a great purchase. It is reliable and very efficient in terms of running costs. It looks great, a sleek black body. I live close to a very reliable and trustworthy dealer off whom I bought the car and so I have it serviced each year to ensure that it remains in good condition. It is a great car in every sense. I replaced the Agila I had with this corsa. The Agila was another great car from Vauxhall.

Great car, economy driven choice. Two minuses are the blind spot all Vauxhalls seem to have on right hand side of the screen. Also its very slow to accelerate which causes issues with overtaking.

I have drove a corsa for many years and the only failing I have had is broken front springs .i do not drive excessively fast nor go over speed bumps and holes in the road fast so I suspect that the springs are made of poor quality steel but otherwise I love my corsa

Pretty good little car; very reliable and comfortable to drive on both local and international journeys.

i bought my corsa year and half ago....and ever since then I have been very happy with it. However, I did break down once. I would still recommend this wonderful little car - very versatile as hatchback - everything I need except could do with air con. Runs extremely well, lovely gearbox and engine is superb.... responds quickly and very quick off the mark too. Easy to manoevre and park. Absolutely sticks to the road, including tricky bends and corners. All in all lovely little car - dont regret buying it at all - although would be even better with a larger engine.......

The Vauxhall Corsa is ideal for someone who has a limited budget but needs a reasonable amount of space. This is a practical smaller car which performs well and looks good.

I purchased this car in December 2015. It was/is in excellent condition. About two weeks ago I drove it extensively on the Motorways ,Ii had the impression that the car had rarely been driven above about 60 MPH . However following this quite intensive driving, the engine now seems more flexible and willing to take heavier loads at low speed and accelerate better. I am sure the car will perform even better after I have changed the oil . This has been my experience of previous cars. Thanks Chris

I have had this car from new. It is very good on fuel and tax is only £30 p.a. It is a bit sluggish on hills, especially when fully loaded, but as it is usually just me in it this is not really an issue.

For years I changed my car roughly every 3 years until I bought my Sri in 2001. 186000 miles later it's still looking great and maintaining 39mpg average.

Does most things well but is not exceptionally good at anything. Fuel consumption averages 35 mpg on short up to 3 mile trips in traffic and up to 52 on long traffic free trips. Has been reliable over the 50 k miles we have done. Could be more comfortable on some road surfaces, and quieter.

Both my partner and myself drive Corsas (different age and spec.) and both of us are happy with our cars. There are sometimes very minor issues with lack of luggage space......holiday suitcases need to go on the back seat.......but we find them reliable, comfortable, and economical.

I bought this car last year second hand and it is the nicest car I have ever owned. It is only small but very reliable and doesn't seem to be very heavy on fuel. It is also quite nice looking.

Vauxhall changed the size of the Corsa between my old car and my current one, making it quite a bit bigger; it is also heavier and this affects its performance in that it is much more sluggish at pulling away and going up hills. I have the same engine size as previously but I have nowhere near as much power. I feel this seriously diminishes my enjoyment of driving the car and can be dangerous, especially when joining a motorway for instance. I am very happy, however, with my Corsa's reliability, and it is comfortable - my passengers have commented on how much room they have in the back and the good head room. The boot is large and holds a lot. However, the glove box and other in-car storage is poor. Overall I am happy with my Corsa and will look at them again for my next car, but would go for one with more engine capacity.

I have had my very low mileage Corsa for two years now and I must say I was verry surprised at how good it was. In the first 3 months of owning it I had to take a trip to Cornwall from London. I filled up the tank and didn't fill up again untill I got to Bodmin wow I would have had to fill up twice in my Honda by that point. Also I found that driving didstances in the Corsa was very comfortable. I found that the distances between comfort stops was much greater than in previous cars. I'm sure some people are wondering what planet I'm from as some people have said that their Corsa was quite uncomfortable well mine isn't. Overall reliability is very good, only had to change the cam position sensor after an MOT a year ago.

Having had my Corsa for eight years now I have been delighted in the build quality, handling and power to weight ratio.
