I am now retired and don't do a lot of mileage but have had Vauxhall Novas/Corsas since about 1980 and have never had any breakdowns or problems with them. This new Corsa which I bought this year has a tiptronic gearbox ( no clutch )and is the 4th one of this type. I like the acceleration and comfort when driving at speed. There is plenty of space for driver and passenger. This is the 1st car I have had with no spare wheel which gives more boot space but not sure I will be able to use the system fitted in the car if I have a puncture !! Will prob. call the AA, of course. ( Have never had a puncture for years, though, so hope this continues ) Love the shape of the car and design of lights Overall very satisfied

This car fulfils all my current needs. As a retired person, I find it roomy, comfortable, excellent boot space, easy to get in and out of and easy to drive (my first automatic). I use it for town driving and it is good for short journeys. I don't need high performance. It takes up little parking space. I am extremely pleased with it. My only niggles with it is the blind spots either side of the windscreen and the tyre noise at higher speeds. Plus the rounded shape makes it a little harder to park, but I find this with many of my friends and their cars. I have driven Vauxhalls for the past 30 years and find them entirely suitable to my needs. Yes, I like my car.

The Vauxhall Corsa is a practical car and economical to run from a tax, insurance and petrol point of view. Perhaps not the quickest or jazziest vehicle but it suits me at this point in my life!

This is my fourth Corsa and the second one with the Easytronic semi-automatic gearbox. I originally chose it as it was the only super mini that offered adequate leg and head room in both the front and rear for adults. The Easytronic gearbox is excellent and I fail to understand why anyone opts for the fully automatic gearbox. The Easytronic gearbox drives the same as an automatic, but Corsa versions with it are cheaper to buy and cheaper to run. Insurance, mpg and road fund licence are all cheaper. I have been very satisfied and although there have been a few minor faults, all have been fixed under warranty. The only disappointment is that, when I bought the last one, Vauxhall had reduced the options that you could have with the Easytronic version. Consequently I had to forego some of the extras that I enjoyed on the previous version. This seems very short-sighted of Vauxhall.

i have had this car since new(2001) It has been a very good car I still drive all over the country and have done 130000miles. It is still going strong. I also see many cars of similar age and make/model as mine around, which gives me the impression that it is a really good car and i am please i bought it against all other makes/models.

My present Corsa is an improvement on the previous Vauxhall Corsa I had before as it is bigger and has automatic lights and built in Sat Nav. However it did take me quite a while to familiarise myself as to how the automatic lighting etc works! The manual that came with it is very large compared to my previous car.

Bought my car when it was 6 months old. Since then it has been very reliable. I have never broken down or had any problems with it. I have it serviced once a year and so far this has been enough. It pulls away well at junctions and is good on our local steep mountain roads. I have driven through folds and snow and it has never let me down. There is plenty of leg room front and back and 4 adults can travel comfortably in it. The boot would be too small for a large family but is fine for me and my son. I can fit the weekly shop in it but would have to put the back seat down to fit in suitcases. Overall I am very pleased and would buy this model again in the future.

A good economical car to run,the boot space is minimal but the performance is very good, I am getting around 60 mpg average. it is very reliable , has not let me down over the three years I have owned it.

Older Corsas are fairly economical cars with quite good performance considering their small (1.2) engines. The older ones, like mine, are less economical than newer models and rather less spacious inside. They are good runarounds and drive nicely on long distances too, but the suspension is typical of smaller cars, i.e you know when you are going over speed bumps and pot holes. All round, a good city car and economical on longer runs.

I do under 5000 miles a year, but this is a great work horse and so far has not let me down, unlike my husband's newer cars. It has a good turn of speed. the only draw back is that it labours with four people.

Reliable and pretty good on fuel consumption on the motorway, space in the boot is very limited especially if you have children and need to fit a pram in the boot you would struggle.

A very basic but practical car. It is perfectly adequate as a run around but I would not like to have to travel many miles as comfort is not its strong point. First automatic I have owned and I will never be first from the traffic lights again.

I am very happy with my car but wish it had a lower car tax band

This is my second Corsa and I have been pleased with both. I have the SE model which now has the bonus of heated front seats and heated steering wheel which makes this car even more comfortable.

The car is good for a runaround but you will find it going wrong quite quickly if you use it as a commuter car or put a few miles on it. Keep an eye on the turbo as they have a habit of freezing up and killing off your MPG.

a little surprised at the petrol consumption for a new car with a 1400 cc engine....but overall very happy with it.

You get what you pay for. It is quite economical on fuel and can hold its own on most roads. The major problem I have is de-misting the windscreen & the length of time that takes compared with the Astra. It also takes more time than I would like to heat the inside & there isn't a dial to show how warm the engine is to give me a clue as to when I should put the blowers on full. Not very technical I know but I'm an ordinary driver not an expert!
