I have enjoyed driving Micras since the 80's. This one has been exceptional, probably the others were too but I only kept them 30 months because I was working, receiving expenses, however when I retired I had to stop that nonsense and this one has never ever let me down. It has sat every night in a public car park which accounts for the scrapes and colours on the bodywork, however that has not prevented it from starting first time, even in the coldest of weathers. I still get 59 miles to the gallon in summer, down to 56 in winter, and I do not drive like a li'l old lady. Friends have always commented on the comfort and space in it. Yes, everyone loves my Micra - especially me.

The car is a basic useful tool for most purposes. Performance is not outstanding & tends to be noisy on motorways. Heating & air circulation is not that good. Visibility for parking etc. is not great. It is reliable & economical.

Basic model, does what is says on the tin, only problem is the drivers door mirror does not adjust out enough which creates a dangerous blind spot.

With less than a 1 litre engine and an automatic gear box this little car can hold it's own on a long motorway drive even when fully laden. Not bad for a twelve year old, second hand car!

Mechanically excellent very reliable just wish that the engine was more powerful. It has served me well and would buy another making it my 4th Micra all of which have been very economical to maintain.

In general I'm pretty happy with my car - it seems pretty economical on fuel (about 300 miles on a full tank), and doesn't often need repairs. Being older it does have certain aches and rattles, but has served me very well for the last 4 years.

I love my Nissan Micra, friends who have similar models feel the same way about theirs. It is comfortable, well-built and very reliable, with a good reputation and also plenty of room in the boot. My husband used to own a really old Micra, it always started first time and it never let him down.I would recommend these cars to anyone.

I have had this car since new, it has been reliable and is easy to drive around town and long distances. It is a second car in our household and is used for short distances, but is equally useful for longer distances and has moved us to and back from France. When asked by Nissan if I was thinking of replacing this car I replied that I was more than happy with at would not be changing in the foreseeable future. Much prefer this model (2003), than the newer model.

It always starts even on very cold mornings. There is plenty of space in the rear with the fold down seats to pick up large household items. Running costs are reasonable.

I have had this car for 6 years, it was recommended by my mechanic as he never seemed to get any in his garage. The running costs are great £10-15 per week running around town & in the 6 years ive owned it, all it needed was 2 sensors replaced. It takes a little longer to get up to 70mph on the motorway but once there it just cruises along. I have no intention of getting rid of this car. I have kept this one longer than any previous venicle. If you want a trouble free great little run about look no further than a Micra.

This is the second Micra I have purchased. I like the comfort, reliability and space it provides. I also particularly like the keyless entry system. However, now that I am retired, I would probably replace it with a smaller car that has zero road tax as I have low mileage.

Nice reliable little car. Getting old but low mileage. Could do with something a bit more powerful for long journeys. Also no power steering on this model which makes parking more difficult.

I bought this car with the intention I'd run it until it was declared unfit for further use and it is still going strong 6 years plus later. This is twice as long as I usually keep a car for.

I HAVE HAD SEVERAL MICRAS OVER THE YEARS AND WOULD DEFINITELY RECCOMMEND THEM. THEY ARE ECONOMICAL, NIPPY, EASY TO PARK AND HAVE GREAT ALL ROUND VISIBILITY. THEY HAVE ALL BEEN FAULT-FREE AND MY LATEST ONE IS 10 YEARS OLD BUT HAS ONLY HAD 1 MINOR PROBLEM IN ITS LIFETIME, DUE TO WEAR AND TEAR.THEY MAY NOT BE LUXURIOUSLY COMFORTABLE BUT THEY ARE GREAT AROUND TOWN AND THE UK
